Biography
James Wood is a British screenwriter. He created and wrote the BBC sitcom Rev. (2010–2014), co-created with Tom Hollander, and has written episodes of The Great (2020), on which he also served as co-executive producer for series 1 and 3.
His other credits include creating and writing Quacks (2017), writing the BBC adaptation Decline and Fall (2017), and episodes of Trying (2020–2024), Vexed (2010–2012), The Gamechangers (2015) and Malice (2025). He is a BAFTA-winning screenwriter.
