Biography
Jane Maggs is a Canadian writer and producer. She created the CBC mystery series Bellevue (2017) and has written episodes of Anne with an E (2017–2019), Star Trek: Picard (2020–2023) and The Man Who Fell to Earth (2022). She serves as co-executive producer and writer on Star Trek: Starfleet Academy (2026).
Maggs is from Corner Brook, Newfoundland, and is based in Toronto. She studied at the Grenfell Campus of Memorial University. Her sister is writer and director Adriana Maggs.
