Biography
Janet Natalie Margolin (1943–1993) was an American actress who worked in theatre, film and television. Born in New York City, she trained at the High School of Performing Arts and made her Broadway debut in 1961 in Daughter of Silence, for which she received a Tony Award nomination.
She first appeared on screen in David and Lisa (1962). Margolin worked with Woody Allen in Take the Money and Run (1969) and Annie Hall (1977), and later appeared in Last Embrace (1979) and Ghostbusters II (1989). Her television credits include episodes of Columbo, Starsky & Hutch and Murder, She Wrote. She was married to actor Ted Wass.
