Biography
Jason Williamson is an English singer, songwriter, author and actor. He is the vocalist and lyricist for the post-punk duo Sleaford Mods, which he formed in Nottingham in 2006 with Andrew Fearn.
Williamson grew up in Grantham, Lincolnshire. He trained as an actor in London before returning to Nottingham. His screen credits include the film uk18 (2017), the series Landscapers (2021) as Danny Nichol and Peaky Blinders (2022) as Lazarus, and the role of Fred in Bird (2024). He has also published collections of lyrics and short stories.
