Biography
Jason Wingreen was an American actor. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he graduated from Brooklyn College and served in the US Army Air Forces during the Second World War. He was a founder of the Circle in the Square Theatre in New York.
Wingreen appeared in numerous television series from the 1950s onwards, including episodes of The Twilight Zone, Star Trek and Columbo. He played the recurring role of bartender Harry Snowden in All in the Family (1976–1979) and its continuation Archie Bunker's Place (1979–1983).
He provided the original voice of Boba Fett in The Empire Strikes Back (1980), a role performed uncredited. His other film credits include Airplane! (1980). Wingreen died in Los Angeles in 2015.
