Biography
Jeff Cardoni is an American composer and multi-instrumentalist. He studied classical piano from the age of seven and later played percussion and guitar. After a brief period as lead guitarist with the band Alien Crime Syndicate, he moved to Los Angeles in 1997 to pursue film scoring, working under composers including John Murphy and studying conducting and orchestration at UCLA.
Cardoni has composed scores for numerous films and television series. His credits include the HBO series Silicon Valley and White House Plumbers (2023), the CBS series Young Sheldon and Ghosts, and films such as Just Friends (2005), Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates (2016) and Me Time (2022). He has also written theme songs for series including The League and Heels. In 2019 he was voted ASCAP TV Composer of the Year.
