Biography
Jeff Gibbs is an American documentary filmmaker, composer and producer. He composed the original music for Michael Moore’s Bowling for Columbine (2002) and worked as a field producer on the film.
A lifelong friend of Moore from their high school years in the Flint area of Michigan, Gibbs has collaborated on several of Moore’s documentaries, serving as co-producer on Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) and other projects. He made his directorial debut with Planet of the Humans (2019), which he also wrote, produced, edited and scored.
