Biography
Jeremy Zuckerman is an American composer of film, television and concert music. Born on 31 July 1975 in Newburgh, New York, he earned a B.A. from the Berklee College of Music and an M.F.A. from the California Institute of the Arts. In 2004 he co-founded the music and sound design company The Track Team in Los Angeles with Benjamin Wynn.
As one half of The Track Team, Zuckerman composed the music and created the sound design for the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005–2008). He later composed the score for its sequel series The Legend of Korra (2012–2014) and returned to the franchise for the feature film Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender (2026) and the series Avatar: Seven Havens (2026). His other credits include Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness (2011), several DC animated shorts and Horse Girl (2020).
The Track Team partnership ended in 2017. Zuckerman has received Emmy Awards and nominations for his work.
