Biography
Jernard Burks is an American actor, also credited as Jernard Burkes. He graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, Kansas.
Burks has appeared in numerous films and television series. His credits include the role of Leonard in The Hangover (2009), Evan in Four Brothers (2005), a club owner in Dolemite Is My Name (2019), and Stansfield man in Léon: The Professional (1994). On television he has played roles including a driver in Dexter (2006), Russell Williams in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), an impound supervisor in Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013), Antoine in Shameless (2011), and a bus driver in This Is Us (2016).
