Biography
Jessica Steen is a Canadian actress. Born in Toronto on 19 December 1965, she is the daughter of actress Joanna Noyes and director and actor Jan Steen.
She began her career in the 1980s with a regular role in the syndicated series Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future (1987). Steen later appeared as a series regular in Homefront (1991–93) and Earth 2 (1994–95). Her film credits include Armageddon (1998), in which she played Jennifer Watts. She has had recurring roles in NCIS (2003–), Flashpoint (2008–12) and, since 2007, Heartland as Lisa Stillman. Steen won a Gemini Award for her performance in the television film Small Gifts (1994).
