Biography
Joan Sheehy is an Irish actress and theatre director from Granagh in County Limerick. She is known for her film roles including Úna in The Quiet Girl (2022), Agnes in The Boxer (1997), the 2nd Tinker Woman in The Field (1990), and appearances in The Snapper (1993) and Some Mother's Son (1996).
She has also worked in television, with credits including Ros na Rún (1996), and more recent films such as End of Sentence (2019) and As Luck Would Have It (2021).
