Biography
Joel Morris is a British comedy writer. He has collaborated extensively with Charlie Brooker and co-created the character Philomena Cunk with Jason Hazeley.
He wrote on the Netflix specials Death to 2020 (2020) and Death to 2021 (2021), as well as series including A Touch of Cloth (2012), Cunk on Britain (2016–2018), Cunk on Earth (2022) and Cunk on Life (2024). With Hazeley he co-created the Ladybird Books for Grown-Ups series and contributed to the Paddington films.
