Biography
John Laughlin is an American film and television actor, sometimes credited as John C. McLaughlin or John McLaughlin. He has appeared in over 25 films and at least 30 television productions since 1978.
His film credits include An Officer and a Gentleman (1982) as Troy, Footloose (1984) as Woody, Crimes of Passion (1984) as Bobby Grady, The Hills Have Eyes Part II (1985) as Hulk, The Lawnmower Man (1992) as Jake Simpson and The Rock (1996) as General Peterson. On television he has had recurring or guest roles in series including The White Shadow (1980–1981), Murder, She Wrote (1986–1988) and NCIS.
