Biography
John Loeffler is an American editor and composer. He worked as an editor on numerous television series and films from the late 1960s onwards, including 35 episodes of Mission: Impossible (1966) between 1968 and 1973, 92 episodes of Little House on the Prairie (1974) from 1974 to 1983, and 58 episodes of Highway to Heaven (1984) from 1984 to 1989.
His other editing credits include the television films The Loneliest Runner (1976), for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination, Bonanza: The Return (1993) and Us (1991). He later worked as a composer on the Pokémon animated series (1997) and related films. Loeffler is a partner in the documentary film company Glacier Film Partners with director Eames Yates.
