Biography
John N. Hart Jr. is an American film and theatre producer. He is the founder and president of Evamere Entertainment, a New York-based independent production company established in 2007. Previously he was a founding partner and president of Hart Sharp Entertainment and co-founded Smuggler Films in 2009.
Hart produced the feature films Boys Don't Cry (1999), You Can Count on Me (2000), Revolutionary Road (2008) and others including Proof (2005), Nicholas Nickleby (2002) and The Night Listener (2006). His theatre productions include the Broadway musicals Once (2012) and The Band's Visit (2017), both winners of multiple Tony Awards including Best Musical. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
