Biography
John Peter Bernardo is an American film and television editor. He was born on 5 December 1966 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He began his career in the 1990s with art department and assistant editor roles on films including Cast Away (2000) and What Lies Beneath (2000). Bernardo worked on the series Firefly (2002) as assistant editor and editor. He later edited episodes of Warehouse 13 (2009–2013), Community (2009–2015), Nikita (2010–2011), Terra Nova (2011), Tulsa King (2022) and other series.
Bernardo received an ACE Eddie Award for his editing on the sitcom Black-ish.
