Biography
Jon Avery Abrahams is an American actor and director. He was born on 29 October 1977 in New York City and attended Saint Ann's School in Brooklyn. His father is the artist Martin Abrahams.
Abrahams made his film debut in Kids (1995). He is known for roles including Bobby in Scary Movie (2000), Denny Byrnes in Meet the Parents (2000), and Dalton Chapman in House of Wax (2005). Television credits include appearances in Boston Public, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Mentalist and Criminal Minds.
He made his directorial debut with All at Once (2016) and has since directed Clover (2020) and Exploited (2022). In 2026 he appeared as Frank Preminger in two episodes of the series Wonder Man.
