Biography
Jonathan Harden is a Northern Irish actor and director from Belfast. He was born in 1979 and has been active since 2001. He trained in acting and has worked extensively in theatre, including roles at the Finborough Theatre and the Royal National Theatre.
Harden is known for television roles including Gregory in Peep Show (2015), Andy in Humans (2015), Brendan Murphy in Time (2021), and David 'Jonty' Johnston in Blue Lights (2023–). His film credits include a Resistance Monitor in Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017), Leonard in The Courier (2020), and Kaiser Wilhelm II in Victoria & Abdul (2017). He has also appeared in EastEnders and provided voice work for video games and short films.
Harden is married to actress and writer Bronágh Taggart.
