Biography
Jonathan Pytko is a cinematographer and lighting artist at Pixar Animation Studios. He has worked on numerous Pixar productions, progressing from lighting artist roles on early films to director of photography credits on later features.
Pytko served as director of photography, alongside Adam Habib, on Inside Out 2 (2024). He previously held the same role on Turning Red (2022). Earlier credits include master lighting artist on Brave (2012) and Ratatouille (2007), sequence lighting lead on Up (2009), and lighting artist on The Incredibles (2004) and Cars (2006). He has also contributed visual effects and lighting supervision to films such as Coco (2017) and Onward (2020).
