Biography
Jorge Perugorría Rodríguez, also known as Pichi, is a Cuban actor, film director and painter. He was born on 13 August 1965 in Havana, Cuba.
He is best known for his role as Diego in Strawberry and Chocolate (1993). Perugorría has appeared in Steven Soderbergh's Che: Part One (2008) as Vilo (Juan Vitalo Acuña) and Che: Part Two (2008) as Joaquin, as well as 7 Days in Havana (2012), Return to Ithaca (2014) and Viva (2015). He has directed films including Habana abierta (2003) and Neurótica anónima (2026).
Perugorría has been married to Elsa María Lafuente de la Paz since 1985.
