Biography
Josh Barrow is a British actor. He trained on the Epic Stages course with the National Youth Theatre.
Barrow originated the role of Jordan Pickford in the National Theatre production of Dear England (2023), which transferred to the West End. He reprised the part in the BBC television adaptation (2026). He plays Tristan in the Netflix series Hostage (2025). Other television credits include Vera and Temple.
His stage work includes Silk Road (How to Buy Drugs Online) at Trafalgar Studios and various productions with the National Youth Theatre. He has also appeared in short films and works as a writer.
