Biography
Juan Pablo Raba is a Colombian actor. Born in Bogotá in 1977, he was raised in Spain by his Argentinian father before returning to Latin America. He began acting studies in Bogotá with Edgardo Román and continued at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.
Raba first gained prominence in telenovelas, including Mi gorda bella (2002). He later appeared in series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013) as Joey Gutierrez, Narcos (2015) as Gustavo Gaviria, and Six (2017–2018). Film roles include The 33 (2015), Shot Caller (2017), Peppermint (2018) and The Marksman (2021). In 2026 he plays Joaquin Reyes in the series Dutton Ranch.
