Biography
Judy Craymer, also credited as Judy Sarah Jarman Craymer, is an English theatre, film and television producer. She graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1977 and began her career working in stage management and production, including on the original London production of Cats and the musical Chess.
Craymer originated the concept for the ABBA musical Mamma Mia!, which she produced with Littlestar Services Ltd; it opened in London's West End in 1999 and has since been seen by millions worldwide. She produced the 2008 film adaptation Mamma Mia! and its 2018 sequel Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. She was appointed MBE and later CBE for services to theatre and charity.
