Biography
June Broughton was a British actress. She was born on 13 October 1925 in York, North Yorkshire, and died on 28 August 2014 in Yorkshire.
Broughton appeared in supporting roles in British film and television from the 1960s onwards. Her credits include Mrs Beckett in the television film Threads (1984), Lomper's Mum in The Full Monty (1997), and the Old Lady in The Parole Officer (2001). She had recurring and guest parts in long-running series such as Coronation Street (1982–2010) and Emmerdale (1996–2004), as well as episodes of Cracker (1993) and other dramas.
She was married to actor Tony Broughton and was the daughter-in-law of actor Arthur Leslie.
