Biography
Kalani Queypo is an American actor, dancer and filmmaker. Born on 6 September 1986 in Hawaii, he trained in classical hula and moved to New York after high school to pursue acting.
He is known for roles including Kotori in Slow West (2015), Klah Jackson in Fear the Walking Dead (2015), Chacrow in Jamestown (2017–2019), Parahunt in The New World (2005) and Squanto in Saints & Strangers (2015). He received a nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series at the 2021 Canadian Screen Awards for Trickster.
Queypo is a founding member of SAG-AFTRA's National Native American Committee. He also directed the short film Ancestor Eyes (2008).
