Biography
Karen Tenkhoff is a film producer whose credits include The Motorcycle Diaries (2004), on which she served as producer alongside Michael Nozik and Edgard Tenembaum. She has also produced The Horse Whisperer (1998) and People I Know (2002), and served as executive producer on The Legend of Bagger Vance (2000) and Monica (2022).
She worked for a decade as a senior executive and producing partner at Robert Redford’s Wildwood Enterprises. Later, as a senior development executive at Disney, she contributed to the development of several animated features including Tangled (2010), Frozen (2013), Big Hero 6 (2014) and Moana (2016). She has also consulted for studios including Fox, Warner Bros. and Netflix, and worked on projects in India and Asia.
Tenkhoff is a member of the Writers Guild of America and has projects in development. She won a BAFTA Award.
