Biography
Karyn Wagner is a costume designer whose credits include The Underneath (1995), Hard Target (1993), Wishmaster (1997), The Green Mile (1999), The Majestic (2001), The Notebook (2004), Lovelace (2013), Cake (2014), The Protégé (2021) and The Six Triple Eight (2024). She has also worked on television series including Underground (2016–2017), Preacher (2016) and Waco (2018).
Wagner is a third-generation film industry professional and a Los Angeles native. Her grandfather was a cinematographer known for work on Rebecca (1940) and her grandmother was an actress; her father, Richard Wagner, worked as a sound mixer at Paramount. She holds a degree in art history from the University of California, Davis, and began her career in production and the camera department before moving into costume design.
