Biography
Katherine Kendall is an American actress. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, on 12 August 1969, she moved with her family to Washington, D.C. as a child. She trained for seven years with the Washington Ballet and studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts from 1990, winning the Charles Jellinger Award in 1992. She performed in stage productions including Caryl Churchill's Top Girls and Marsha Norman's Getting Out.
Kendall is known for her role as Lisa in the 1996 film Swingers. Other credits include appearances in Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990) as Lily Diamond, Firefly (2002) as The Councillor, and She Said (2022) as a Miramax Executive. She worked on the series Flatland (2002) in China and has pursued photography. In 2017 she publicly alleged sexual harassment by Harvey Weinstein.
