Biography
Katherine Wenning is a film editor. She worked as editor on Maurice (1987), The Bostonians (1984), Longtime Companion (1989) and Ethan Frome (1993). Earlier credits include editing Hester Street (1975) and sound editing on films such as The Panic in Needle Park (1971) and Lenny (1974).
Wenning also edited episodes of television series including ABC Afterschool Specials and contributed as creative consultant to later television films. She has received awards including a CINE Golden Eagle and recognition at the Venice and Chicago film festivals, as well as Emmy nominations.
