Biography
Kaylee Hottle (2008–2026) was an American actress. She made her feature film debut as Jia in Godzilla vs. Kong (2021) and reprised the role in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024). She also appeared in an episode of the television series Magnum P.I. (2021).
Hottle was deaf and came from an all-deaf family, with four generations of deaf relatives on her father’s side. She was fluent in American Sign Language and attended the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin, Texas. She began her career in commercials and was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor for her work in the 2024 film.
Hottle died on 21 July 2026 in a car crash in Ijamsville, Maryland, aged 18.
