Biography
Kelly Cantley-Kashima is a director and first assistant director. She studied theatre at Boston University and worked as a theatrical stage manager before completing the Los Angeles DGA Training Program. She began her career as a second assistant director in Los Angeles and on location before advancing to first assistant director on numerous television series, pilots and features.
She directed one episode of the series The Office (2013, as Kelly Cantley) and served as first assistant director on 72 episodes of the show. She was part of the DGA Award-winning team for the episode 'The Dinner Party'. Other credits include first assistant director on Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (2015) and Ghosted (2017), and co-producer on The Hollars (2016).
