Biography
Kimberley Nixon is a Welsh actress. She was born on 24 September 1985 in Bristol, England, to Welsh parents and raised in Ynysybwl near Pontypridd, Wales. She trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff.
Nixon began her career in 2007 as Sophy Hutton in the BBC series Cranford. She is known for her role as Josephine 'Josie' Jones in the Channel 4 comedy-drama Fresh Meat (2011–2016) and as Sarah Pearson in the BBC Two series Hebburn. Her film credits include Wild Child (2008), Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging (2008), Easy Virtue (2008) and Black Death (2010).
