Biography
Krista Kosonen is a Finnish actress. She was born in Espoo in 1983 and trained at the Theatre Academy of Helsinki, graduating with a Master of Theatre Arts in 2009.
Kosonen is known for roles in films including Jade Warrior (2006), The Midwife (2015), Dogs Don't Wear Pants (2019) and Tove (2020), and for the television series Beforeigners (2019–2021) and The Swarm (2023). She appears as Nora in the 2026 film Backrooms. She has received two Jussi Awards for Best Actress and the Golden Goblet Award for Best Actress at the Shanghai International Film Festival.
She is married to film director Antti J. Jokinen.
