Biography
Kristin Holby is an American actress and former fashion model. Born Kristin Clotilde Holby on 9 November 1951 in Oslo, Norway, she worked as a successful model in the late 1970s and 1980s for designers including Yves Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren, Givenchy and Chanel, and as the face of Shiseido cosmetics.
Her acting credits include the role of Penelope Witherspoon in the 1983 film Trading Places and Mrs Jacobi in Manhunter (1986). She is the aunt of actor Ansel Elgort.
