Biography
Kristoffer Joner is a Norwegian actor born on 19 September 1972 in Stavanger. He started in theatre with Rogaland Teater as a teenager and made his film debut in Detektor (2000).
He is known for his roles as Murphy in The Revenant (2015), Kristian Eikjord in The Wave (2015) and The Quake (2018), and Nils Debruuk in Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018). Joner has also appeared in Norwegian films such as Next Door (2005), King of Devil's Island (2010) and War Sailor (2021). He has won three Amanda Awards for best male actor.
