Biography
Kurt Michael Bensmiller is an American writer. He pitched the story for the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Time Squared", which aired in 1989, and wrote the story and teleplay for the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Storyteller", which aired in 1993.
Bensmiller originally submitted the pitch for "The Storyteller" during the first season of The Next Generation. In 1992, he was asked by Michael Piller to adapt the story for Deep Space Nine and worked on the script over Christmas 1992.
