Biography
Lara Peake is an English actress. She made her screen debut in the 2014 film Bypass at the age of 15, playing Helen opposite George MacKay. The role earned her a place on the longlist for the 2015 British Independent Film Award for Most Promising Newcomer.
Peake trained at the Inspire Academy in Nottingham and has no formal drama school education. Her film credits include How to Talk to Girls at Parties (2017) as Wainswain and How to Have Sex (2023) as Skye. On television she has appeared in Born to Kill (2017) as Chrissy, The English Game (2020) as Betsy Cronshaw, Brave New World (2020) as Madysun, Mood (2022) as Carly, Halo (2022) as Fern, Rivals (2024) as Daysee Butler and Reunion (2025) as Carly Brennan. She has also written, directed and produced the short film Personal Best (2023).
