Biography
Larry Madaras is a film editor. He worked as first assistant editor on There's Something About Mary (1998), American Beauty (1999) and Me, Myself & Irene (2000). His editing credits include Say It Isn't So (2001), American Pie 2 (2001), Rolling Kansas (2003), In the Electric Mist (2009), The Sunset Limited (2011) and Frontera (2014). He was co-editor and associate producer on The Homesman (2014).
Madaras grew up in Columbia, Maryland, and majored in film studies at the University of Maryland. After moving to Los Angeles he apprenticed on low-budget features and worked with Avid editing systems before taking assistant roles on feature films.
