Biography
Laurin Kelsey is a Canadian production designer and art director. She began working in film and television in the props department in 2001 while still a student. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design from the University of Victoria and completed a year in the Scenography programme at the National Theatre School of Canada.
Kelsey worked in theatre and film in Berlin between 2011 and 2014 before returning to Canada. She has since contributed to more than twenty-five film and television productions. Her production design credits include the Netflix series The Midnight Club (2022) and The Fall of the House of Usher (2023). She previously served as art director on Midnight Mass (2021).
She received a Gold Telly Award for set design on The Fall of the House of Usher and Leo Award nominations for production design on that series and The Midnight Club.
