Biography
Leon Ford is an Australian actor. Born in Canberra on 17 December 1974, he attended Telopea Park School and Narrabundah College there. He has appeared in numerous television series and films, including roles as 1st Lt. Edward 'Hillbilly' Jones in the miniseries The Pacific (2010) and as Frank Roennfeldt in The Light Between Oceans (2016).
Ford played Tom Diskin in Baz Luhrmann's Elvis (2022). He is also a writer and director, with credits including the film Griff the Invisible (2011) and series such as Upright and The Portable Door (2023). His partner is screenwriter and producer Alice Bell.
