Biography
Leslie David Baker is an American actor. He was born on 19 February 1958 in Chicago, Illinois. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and an M.S. in Human Services Administration from the Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership. Before acting full time he taught special education and worked for the City of Chicago.
Baker is best known for playing Stanley Hudson in the NBC sitcom The Office (2005–2013). He has appeared in films including Elizabethtown (2005), The Happytime Murders (2018), Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie (2017) and Jackpot! (2024). Television credits include roles in That '70s Show (1998), Malcolm in the Middle (2000), Scorpion (2014) and Key & Peele (2012). He received two Screen Actors Guild Awards as part of the The Office ensemble cast.
