Biography
Leslie Silva is an American actress. She was born on 21 April 1968 in Schenectady, New York, and trained at the University of Connecticut, where she earned a BFA, and at the Juilliard School, where she earned an MFA.
Silva began her professional career on stage in 1995 with a production of Macbeth in Washington, D.C. She has appeared in numerous television series, including regular roles as Dr Helen Reynolds in Providence (1999) and Gail Baker in Shades of Blue (2016–2018), as well as guest roles in The Blacklist, Person of Interest, Elementary, CSI: Miami and ER.
Her film credits include Babygirl (2024), in which she played Hazel, and earlier roles in Vox Lux (2018) and Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood (2002). More recent television work includes So Help Me Todd and Poker Face.
