Biography
Linara Washington is an American actress, also credited as Linara Emilia da Rosa Washington. Born on 28 August 1977 in Beaufort, South Carolina, she began her career with stage work at Chicago theatres including the Steppenwolf, Lookingglass, Northlight and Victory Gardens.
She moved to Los Angeles after a supporting role as Keisha in Barbershop 2: Back in Business (2004). Washington has appeared in films such as Stranger Than Fiction (2006), Kings of the Evening (2008), Killing Them Softly (2012) and The Little Things (2021). Her television credits include guest and recurring roles in Grey's Anatomy (2016), Prison Break (2005), Criminal Minds (2005), The Rookie (2018), Shameless (2011), NCIS (2003) and Castle (2009).
