Biography
Lisa Leone is an American director and cinematographer. She began her career as a photographer before moving into cinematography, shooting music videos and later working on Stanley Kubrick’s final film Eyes Wide Shut (1999).
Leone has directed episodes of the television series Grey’s Anatomy (from 2017), Big Sky (2021–2023), Greenleaf (2019–2020) and Power Book III: Raising Kanan (2021). Her feature credits as director include Exactly (2004) and the documentary Just for Kicks (2005). In 2019 she received a Suncoast Regional Emmy Award for the documentary Remembering Surrounded Islands.
