Lisa Norcia is an American costume designer. Born in Owensboro, Kentucky, she began her career in the music business in Las Vegas before moving to Los Angeles and establishing herself in film.

She has worked on more than sixty films. Her credits include Whiplash (2014), The Purge (2013), Malignant (2021), Father Stu (2022) and Robots (2023). She also served as associate producer on Fantasy Island (2020).
