Biography
Louise Innes is a film and television editor, also credited as Louise A. Innes. She edited seven episodes of the series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (2002–2003).
She began her career in Australia as a sound editor on Peter Weir’s The Year of Living Dangerously (1982) before moving into picture editing. Early credits include associate editor on Dead Poets Society (1989) and first assistant editor on Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985). She has since edited episodes of series including True Blood (2009–2014), Snowfall (2017–2023) and Manhattan (2014–2015).
In 2007 Innes received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Drama Series.
