Biography

Luke Hull is a British production designer. He graduated from the Production Design MA programme at the National Film and Television School in 2010.

Early in his career he worked in the art department on films including Prometheus and Belle (2013), and as art director on Fortitude (2015). He served as production designer on Howards End (2017), Close (2019) and the second series of Fortitude. His work on the miniseries Chernobyl (2019) earned a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Period or Fantasy Program (One Hour or More) in 2019.

Hull was production designer on both series of Andor (2022–2025), for which he received a further Primetime Emmy in the same category in 2025. He has also worked as an executive producer on the second series.
