Biography
Lynnie Greene, also credited as Lyn Greene, is an American television writer, director and producer. Born in Newton, Massachusetts, she trained at the Juilliard School and earned a BA from New York University. She began her career as an actress, with roles including Young Dorothy on The Golden Girls (1987–1991) and Maria Teresa Bonino on On Our Own (1977–1978).
Greene has worked extensively with writing partner Richard Levine. She served as writer, director and executive producer on the FX series Nip/Tuck (2003–2010). She was supervising producer and writer on Showtime's Masters of Sex (2013). Other credits include writing on Boss (2011), JAG (1995) and The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair (2018), which she co-created with Levine. She has also written for the series All's Fair (2025).
