Biography
Lynda Boyd is a Canadian actress born on 28 January 1965 in Vancouver, British Columbia. She began her career in the 1980s with voice work in anime adaptations and has appeared in numerous film and television productions.
She is known for roles including Nora Carpenter in Final Destination 2 (2003), Ms. Boswell in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), Cheryl in She's the Man (2006), and Regan in The Age of Adaline (2015). On television she has had recurring or regular parts in series such as Supernatural, Arrow, Republic of Doyle (2010–2014) and Tin Star (2017–2020), as well as a recurring role in Virgin River (2019–2022).
Boyd has an extensive stage background, having performed in musicals including The Rocky Horror Show, Guys and Dolls and Little Shop of Horrors. She has received multiple Gemini Award and Canadian Screen Award nominations.
