Biography
Marcia Mae Jones was an American actress. She was born on 1 August 1924 in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of actress Freda Jones, and made her screen debut as an infant in Mannequin (1926).
Jones appeared in The Champ (1931), Night Nurse (1931), These Three (1936), Heidi (1937) as Klara Sesemann and The Little Princess (1939) as Lavinia. Her film career continued into the 1940s before she moved largely to television roles.
She appeared in The Way We Were (1973) and other television series into the early 1980s. Jones was married to Robert Chic from 1943 to 1951 and to television writer Bill Davenport from 1955 to 1963. She died on 2 September 2007 in Woodland Hills, California.
